যেভাবে শুরুHow it started

গল্পটা শুরু একটা সাধারণ পর্যবেক্ষণ থেকে। চারপাশে অনেক তরুণ, যাদের সার্টিফিকেট আছে কিন্তু কাজের স্কিল নেই। চাকরির বাজারে গিয়ে তারা ধাক্কা খায়, কারণ পরীক্ষার পড়া আর বাস্তব কাজ এক জিনিস না। আর যে স্কিলগুলো আসলেই কাজে লাগে, সেগুলো শেখার পেইড কোর্সের দাম বেশিরভাগ পরিবারের নাগালের বাইরে। The story starts with a simple observation. All around us are young people with certificates but no working skills. They hit a wall in the job market, because exam study and real work are not the same thing. And the courses that teach the skills that actually matter cost more than most families can afford.

এর মধ্যে AI এসে পুরো খেলা বদলে দিচ্ছে। বিশ্বজুড়ে মানুষ AI শেখা শুরু করেছে, কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে এখনো খুব কম মানুষ সিরিয়াসলি শিখছে। আমাদের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাও এখানে পিছিয়ে। গ্যাপটা প্রতিদিন বড় হচ্ছে, আর সেই গ্যাপের দাম দেবে আমাদের পরের প্রজন্ম। Meanwhile AI is changing the whole game. People around the world have started learning it, but in Bangladesh very few are taking it seriously yet, and our education system is behind here too. The gap grows every day, and the next generation will pay the price for it.

তাই DLO। একটাই সিদ্ধান্ত থেকে জন্ম: যে স্কিলগুলো ভবিষ্যতের ক্যারিয়ারে টিকে থাকার জন্য দরকার, সেগুলো সহজ বাংলায়, সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রিতে, সবার হাতে পৌঁছে দেওয়া। টাকা যেন কারো শেখার পথে দেয়াল না হয়। So, DLO. Born from one decision: put the skills needed to survive in future careers into everyone's hands, in simple Bangla, completely free. Money should never be a wall between a person and learning.

সত্যি বলতে, DLO এখনো ছোট একটা উদ্যোগ। বড় অফিস নেই, বড় টিম নেই। আছে শুধু পরিষ্কার একটা স্বপ্ন: একদিন এই ছোট উদ্যোগটাই হবে বাংলাদেশের ডিজিটাল স্কিল শেখার সবচেয়ে ভরসার জায়গা। তাড়াহুড়ো করে বিল্ডিং বানানো যায়, কিন্তু বনসাই বানাতে ধৈর্য লাগে। আমরা ধৈর্য নিয়েই বড় হচ্ছি। Truth be told, DLO is still a small initiative. No big office, no big team. Just one clear dream: that this small effort will one day become Bangladesh's most trusted place for learning digital skills. You can rush up a building, but a bonsai takes patience. We are growing the patient way.
