DLO (Digital Learning Outcomes) বাংলাদেশের একটি অলাভজনক উদ্যোগ, যা স্টুডেন্ট, চাকরিপ্রার্থী আর নতুন ফ্রিল্যান্সারদের সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রিতে ডিজিটাল ও AI স্কিল শেখায়, সহজ বাংলায়।DLO (Digital Learning Outcomes) is a nonprofit initiative in Bangladesh teaching digital and AI skills completely free, in simple Bangla, to students, job seekers and new freelancers.
DLO কি সত্যিই সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি?Is DLO really completely free?
হ্যাঁ। সব ভিডিও লেসন, রোডম্যাপ আর কমিউনিটি সাপোর্ট ফ্রি, আর ভবিষ্যতেও ফ্রি থাকবে। লুকানো ফি বা "প্রিমিয়াম আনলক" নেই।Yes. All lessons, roadmaps and community support are free and will stay free. No hidden fees, no premium unlock.
ফ্রি হলে DLO চলে কীভাবে?If free, how does DLO run?
ডোনেশন, পার্টনার অর্গানাইজেশন আর ভলান্টিয়ারদের সাপোর্টে। ডোনেশনের টাকা যায় হোস্টিং, কনটেন্ট বানানো আর শিক্ষার্থী সাপোর্টে।On donations, partner organizations and volunteers. Donations fund hosting, content production and learner support.
কারা শিখতে পারবে?Who can learn?
সবাই। বয়স, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড বা জেলা কোনো বাধা না। শুধু শেখার ইচ্ছা থাকলেই হবে।Everyone. Age, background or district is no barrier; the will to learn is enough.
সার্টিফিকেট দেওয়া হয় কি?Do you give certificates?
স্ট্রাকচার্ড কোর্স সিস্টেম চালু হলে সার্টিফিকেট আসবে। তার আগে আপনার পোর্টফোলিওই আসল সার্টিফিকেট।Certificates come with the structured course system. Until then, your portfolio is the real certificate.

মোবাইল দিয়ে কি শেখা যাবে?Can I learn on a phone?
অনেকটাই। AI টুলস, CapCut ভিডিও এডিটিং, Canva ডিজাইন ফোনেই শেখা যায়। MS Office-এর জন্য পরে কম্পিউটার লাগবে।Mostly yes. AI tools, CapCut and Canva work on a phone. MS Office needs a computer later.
দিনে কতটুকু সময় দিতে হবে?How much time daily?
প্রতিদিন ৩০-৬০ মিনিটই যথেষ্ট, যদি নিয়মিত হয়। ধারাবাহিকতা গতির চেয়ে দামি।30-60 minutes a day is enough if regular. Consistency beats speed.
ইংরেজি দুর্বল, সমস্যা হবে?My English is weak. Is that a problem?
না। সব লেসন সহজ বাংলায়, আর AI টুলগুলোও বাংলা বোঝে। কমিউনিকেশন ও ক্যারিয়ার ট্র্যাকে কাজের ইংরেজিও শিখিয়ে দিই।No. All lessons are in simple Bangla, and AI tools understand Bangla too. The Communication track even teaches work English.
দামি ল্যাপটপ বা পিসি লাগবে?Do I need an expensive laptop?
না। সাধারণ ফোন দিয়েই বেশিরভাগ ট্র্যাক শুরু করা যায়। দামি যন্ত্র নয়, চেষ্টাই আসল।No. An ordinary phone starts most tracks. Effort matters more than equipment.

ফ্রিল্যান্সিং শিখে কত দিনে ইনকাম হবে?How soon does freelancing pay?
সৎ উত্তর: যারা লেগে থাকে, তাদের নিয়মিত ইনকাম শুরু হয় সাধারণত ৬-১২ মাসে। "৭ দিনে লাখপতি" কোর্স থেকে দূরে থাকুন।Honest answer: those who stick with it usually see regular income in 6-12 months. Avoid "rich in 7 days" courses.
AI কি আমার চাকরি নিয়ে নেবে?Will AI take my job?
AI একা চাকরি নেয় না, কিন্তু AI-জানা মানুষ এগিয়ে যায়। তাই ভয় নয়, শেখাই উত্তর। AI ট্র্যাক দিয়ে শুরু করুন।AI alone does not take jobs, but people who know AI move ahead. Learning is the answer; start with the AI track.
DLO কি চাকরি বা কাজ দেয়?Does DLO give jobs?
না, DLO শেখায়। তবে যে স্কিল আর পোর্টফোলিও এখানে বানাবেন, সেটাই চাকরি বা ক্লায়েন্ট পাওয়ার আসল হাতিয়ার।No, DLO teaches. But the skills and portfolio you build here are the real tools for winning jobs and clients.
